Our carbon dioxide (CO2) surgical laser replaces the traditional scalpel blade for many surgical procedures.  The laser cauterizes tissue as it cuts, resulting in less bleeding, swelling and pain after surgery.  Dr. Nietz has taken advanced post-graduate training in laser surgery, and has been using our laser for surgical procedures since 2004.
